By counterpoising and melding materials, and by establishing dialogues​ ​between them, repertoires and objects of different origins and destined​ ​for different uses, Alexandre da Cunha operates in a critical manner within a value​ ​scale that joins Brazilian pop culture and modernism, the decorative arts​ ​and British pop culture.
